New Delhi: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2024) application deadline has been extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Until March 31, 2024, candidates who have not yet enrolled for the undergraduate admission exam may do so. On the final day, forms must be turned in by 9:50 p.m. The application form deadline was previously set for March 26.
Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar, the chairman of the UGC, made the statement on X. “In response to the request, the deadline for submitting the CUET-UG-2024 application online has been extended to March 31, 2024 (up to 09:50 PM).

The Common University Entrance Test (Undergraduate), also known as CUET (UG), was introduced in 2022 and provides a single, unified opportunity for students hoping to gain admission to any of the Central Universities (CUs) or other affiliated institutions, which include state, deemed, and private universities across the country.
In 380 cities, including 26 international cities, exams for undergraduate course enrolment will be offered in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Students can now choose up to six subjects, as opposed to the previous editions where applicants could choose up to ten.
